My activity isn't appearing in my web app#

If everything is working as expected, you should see your activity appear in your SafeTrx Active Web App shortly after you start it on your watch. Certainly once you finish your activity and return to check on it, it should be available for you to review.

In the unlikely event that you do not see your activity, it is possible that there has been a network connectivity issue with your watch and the details of the activity may not be sent until it is able to connect to the network. It is also worth ensuring that your phone or laptop that you are viewing the SafeTrx Active Web App on has an internet connection.
