How Long Will it Take for me to Receive a Message?#

When you are in one of the tracking modes (Activity, Assistance, Alert), your SafeTrx Active Watch connects to the SafeTrx Cloud every minute. Each time it connects, it will check to see if it has a message to collect, so you should not have to wait longer than a minute to get a message.

If you happen to have lost connectivity to the network because the Watch is outside of the communication range or the battery has depleted, then the message will be picked up when it next makes a connection. This will obviously delay the receipt of the message.
