Only some of my contacts received my emergency alert#
If some of your contacts received your alert hen we know that everything is working correctly with the alert getting from the SafeTrx Active watch. There could be several reasons why some of your contacts didn't receive your alert:
- Check that each of your contacts is set up to receive emergency alerts. It may be that you have only set up some of your contacts to receive emergency alerts.
- Make sure that you have the email and phone number for your contacts correct. An incorrect phone number or email may result in the contact not receiving an emergency alert
- It is possible that the emergency alert has been sent to your contacts SPAM folder. They should check in their SPAM folder or check with their email provider and make sure that the email address 'donotreply@safetrxapp.com' is marked as being an approved sender of email.
- On occasion mobile service providers can block SMS coming from services that are sending a lot of messages to the same phone numbers. If your contact is not receiving an SMS that should be sent, please contact your mobile service provider and explain the issue.
