Roles

Overview#

Roles (also referred to as Organisational Roles) identify types of users or the functions completed carried out by users. Examples uses of Role might be a category of care home resident, such as day care, or may be a job function, such as ‘electrician’ or ‘plumber’. The use of Roles is not obligatory, this feature is offered for clients for whom it improves the managing of users.
